Sunshine Through the Rain Premieres November 6 on Mango TV With Yang Chaoyue and WinWin
Mango TV has released a new trailer confirming that the youth drama Sunshine Through the Rain, led by Yang Chaoyue and Dong Sicheng (WinWin), arrives on November 6.
01A premiere date, one day away
Mango TV has set November 6 as the premiere date for Sunshine Through the Rain, the Chinese youth drama starring Yang Chaoyue and Dong Sicheng, who is also known as WinWin. The date was announced in a new trailer posted on November 5 by the platform's official MangoTV Drama YouTube channel, and a second short clip from the same channel repeats the November 6 date.
The trailer leans on the image in the title: rain that has not stopped yet, light coming through anyway, and two soaked young people slowly moving closer to each other.
02Two teenagers carrying heavy weather
According to the official description, the story follows Zheng Yu, a stubborn girl who has to take on heavy responsibilities because her family is poor, and Chen Yanzhou, a lonely boy who shut himself off from the world after the death of his older brother. The two first meet as rivals at school. Over time they become a source of light in each other's lives and learn to face the storms of growing up together.
03Where to watch
The drama is a Mango TV release. Mango TV's official channel points international viewers to its MGTV app for full episodes. Episode count and release schedule beyond the premiere date have not been listed in the official trailer.
