Xiao Zhan's Small Town Remedy Is Now Streaming on iQIYI
Small Town Remedy, a Chinese medical drama led by Xiao Zhan and co-produced by iQIYI, has started releasing episodes on the platform.
01A Medical Drama Away From the Big City
Small Town Remedy, known in Chinese as 小城良方, has arrived on iQIYI. The platform's official page lists it as a medical drama in its original lineup and already shows the first episodes. Xiao Zhan heads the cast, and production company Linmon Media earlier described the project as a healing drama set in a small town.
02Cast and Creative Team
The main cast listed by iQIYI includes Xiao Zhan, Ni Dahong, Jiang Yan, Shi Pengyuan, Jian Renzi and Zhang Guoqiang. Wang Yanlin is credited as a special guest, and Chen Jin has a special starring role. Zhang Xiaobo directs from a script by Nie Chengshuai. Linmon Media produced the series with iQIYI as co-producer.
03From Filming to Release
In a company announcement in October 2025, Linmon Media said cameras started rolling on October 18 of that year, which puts the release roughly one year after the start of filming. The iQIYI page also notes that some episodes may be temporarily unavailable for rights reasons, so availability can differ by region. Viewers outside China should check their local iQIYI app for the current episode count.
