Love in Disguise Releases Action Preview Before Its October 19 Premiere
Seol In-ah confronts a group of scammers in a new preview of tvN’s romance thriller, premiering October 19.
01A detective takes center stage
Love in Disguise has released a preview from its opening two episodes before its October 19 premiere. Shared by tvN on October 15 and covered by Soompi the following day, the footage introduces Seol In-ah’s character through an encounter with a group of scammers.
Her character, Kang Jae-hee, demands the return of money stolen from an elderly woman. The confrontation turns physical when one of the criminals threatens her with a knife, giving the former special forces officer an opportunity to demonstrate her combat skills.
02An undercover assignment with romantic complications
The series pairs Seol with Yim Si-wan, who plays Yoon Yi-jun, a wealthy conglomerate heir implicated in a murder investigation. Jae-hee disguises herself as a man and becomes his personal secretary to investigate him at close range.
CJ ENM’s October 16 programming announcement also confirms the October 19 launch and describes a story combining an undercover investigation with romance. The first episode was scheduled for 8:50 p.m. KST on tvN.
